 It comes in waves, you have to accept it and let it pass through. What else can be accepted to pass through us. Maybe most or all emotions. Maybe they are all transitory. Maybe holding onto them or the past causes a painful blockage. Maybe the future is where the gone would like us to be. Invent your own consoling thought.
